Sometimes it's when the other party on the call starts sharing before you've stopped. Sometimes it's while on VPN and sometimes it's when you share content to a 3rd party SIP endpoint or to a B2B participant. WebCall can be escalated to Video, but 'share screen' button is grayed out.
