WebDec 9, 2014 · It is a 2 piece tailshaft with standard uni's and it would flog out the centre bearing rubber quickly. anyway, I just got a custom tail shaft made up and I had the centre uni joint replaced with a double cardon joint to see if it improved the shudder. Installed the new tailshaft a couple days ago and the "take off Shudder" has gone completely!!!!
