I haven’t personally tried it, but I noticed top fin has rebranded and way upped its quality on its products, been very impressed with a lot of their new line items and air pumps. Even their pro series food is fantastic, they have two lines of food, a lower quality one not labeled as pro series. WebI have a simple top fin 10gal tank ( it was a starter kit) with the top fin silenstream 10 power filter. The directions that came with it says to change the filter cartridge every 3-4 weeks. I got this setup in October so it’s been a little over 6 months and I have yet to replace it.
